Elder Timothy W. Lewis
Timothy has been ministering in the church from his youth as charter member and officially since 1992. He serves as the Administrative Officer and Minister of Music. He has served the church with his engineering knowledge in several of our major renovations. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has continued his education at Palmer Theological Seminary.
Elder Judy A. Lewis
Judy was born and raised in Washington, DC. Upon graduating from Drexel University in 1986, she married Elder Timothy Lewis and joined Bible Union. Judy was saved at the age of 16 and answered the called to preach in 1997. She currently serves as Vice President of Missions & Evangelism, and coordinates the Women’s ministry.
Elder Vincent McNeil
Vincent has been a member of Bible Union Fellowship for since 1999. Known at Bible Union as the ‘God’s Radio Man’. He has been preaching for over 30 years. The former Army veteran has been an leader in the church evangelism particularly in the Prison Ministry. He also is a Sunday School teacher.
Elder Reuben D. Lewis
Reuben is long-tenured preacher of the gospel and a graduate of Biblical Seminary of Lansdale. He is active in the Sunday School department and the Outreach ministry.
Elder Octavia Lewis
Octavia was saved at the age of 7 and accepted the call to ministry at 17 years old. She has attended Manna Bible Institute and Jameson Bible School. She formerly served as pastor at Rose of Sharon UHC. She has a love for children’s ministry. She serves as a Sunday School teacher and also serves in district in the Missionary Department.
Minister Celeste McNeil
Celeste has been a member of Bible Union Fellowship for since 1999. She accepted the call to ministry in 2003. She serves as Youth Leader and coordinates the Youth Basketball league. She also participates in Praise Dance and direct the youth choir.
Minister Lusayu Rose Cisco
Lusayu is from Salala, Liberia in West Africa. There she served in many different ministry positions in West Africa at the Salala Missionary Station and Bethel Church in the Ivory Coast. After emigrating to the United States she has been a member of Bible Union.
